September 8th, 2007 is the date for this years 10th annual Chicago Football Classic. This year the teams will be Mississippi Valley State vs Southern University from Baton Rouge, LA. Yes the JukeBox of SU will be in the house. These same two schools kicked off the very first classic 10 years ago. Su is returning to Chicago now under the direction of Mr. Lawrence Jackson! Chicago High Stepping bands will be out there for the parade kick off at Buckingham Fountain at 1pm.

Bud Billiken Parade 2007 Saturday!!
August 11, 2007 @ 10am will be the Bud Billiken Parade and Picnic’s 78th year. Marching Bands from Chicago confirmed are Corliss, Julian, King, Proviso Township, Hillcrest, and Windy City AllStars!
The Parade kicks off at 35th/King Drive and ends at 55th/King Drive at Washington Park
